This is my little corner of the internet, where I collect things I find interesting, useful, or simply worth remembering.

I live in a small village in the Netherlands, somewhere near Amsterdam — close enough to the city, far enough to hear birds instead of traffic. From here, I spend my time exploring a mix of interests that don’t always seem to belong together, but somehow do anyway.

You’ll find bits and pieces about jazz (the listening kind and the struggling-to-play-it-on-guitar kind), classic rock, AC/DC, Van Halen, gardening adventures, and cooking — often with a preference for organic ingredients and occasionally questionable results. There’s also room for spirituality, herbs, thoughts about life, time with family and friends, and a fair amount of time spent behind a screen working with Linux and programming.

This blog is mostly for me — a place to store ideas before they disappear. But if you happen to find something here that inspires you, teaches you something, or simply makes you pause for a moment, then that’s a very welcome side effect.

Feel free to look around…
